• Residential and Commercial Properties

• LLC / Corporations / Trust held properties

• No reserve of funds required

• No property ownership waiting time

• You may qualify for a loan of up to 65% of the property value

• Maximum loan amount $2,000,000

• Loan can be in a first loan position or a 2nd loan position

• Loan terms: Full payment due in 1 to 5 years.

• Loan can be amortized for up to 40 years, or be an Interest Only Loan.
