15% - 25% Down + Closing Costs

7.75% best rate for the perfect file.
Home must be 25 years old, or newer
DOES NOT REQUIRE A FOUNDATION

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Loan points generally 3% or less
No Appraisal payment required at all (best program)
