Finding a nearby appraiser is important for your real estate loan or purchase. A local appraiser knows things about the neighborhood that someone else would not.

Now most appraisals are sent to the Mortgage Broker via e-mail. This really speeds up the process by eliminating snail mail times and allowing the Mortgage Broker to print a copy of the appraisal for the client or even e-mail the client the appraisal.
